These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Intelya Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Intelya", "we", "us"), governing your access to and use of the Intelya mobile application and website.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Intelya. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission.
Intelya is an AI-powered music generation service that allows users to create songs from text lyrics. The service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you generate songs. Some features are only available on paid subscription plans.
New accounts receive 3 free welcome credits upon registration. These credits do not expire but cannot be transferred, sold, or refunded as cash.
Paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Unlimited) are billed monthly. Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are governed by their respective terms of service. Credits included in your monthly plan reset on your billing renewal date — unused credits do not roll over.
Credits are consumed at the start of generation. If a generation fails due to a server error on our side, credits will be refunded to your account within 24 hours. Credits are not refunded for user-initiated cancellations or generations you are unsatisfied with.
You agree not to use Intelya to generate content that:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice.
You retain full ownership of the lyrics you input into Intelya. By submitting lyrics, you grant Intelya a limited, non-exclusive license to process them solely for the purpose of generating your song.
The generated songs produced from your lyrics are owned by you, subject to the licensing terms below:
Intelya retains all rights to its technology, models, platform, trademarks, and brand assets.
Intelya uses AI models to generate music. While we strive for quality, we make no guarantees about the musical output. AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before sharing or publishing it.
Intelya is not responsible for any similarity between AI-generated output and existing copyrighted works. We recommend you independently verify that your generated songs do not infringe on third-party copyrights before commercial use.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by emailing support@intelya.app. Upon deletion, your data is removed within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our sole discretion. If we terminate your account without cause, we will provide a pro-rata refund for any unused subscription period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intelya Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days notice of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
