Intelya is operated by Intelya Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated in India with its registered office at 123 Civil Lines, Model Town, Ludhiana, Punjab 141001, India.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Account information: Your name, email address, and password when you register for an account.
• Lyrics and content: The lyrics and creative content you submit for song generation. We use this solely to process your request.
• Communications: Messages you send us via the contact form or email.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: Features you use, songs you generate, credit usage, and session data.
• Device information: Device type, operating system version, app version, and unique device identifiers.
• Log data: IP addresses, timestamps, and error logs used to diagnose problems and improve the service.

2.3 Payment Information

We do not store your payment card details. All subscription payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We receive only transaction confirmation and subscription status from these platforms. RevenueCat acts as an intermediary to manage subscription state across platforms.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your Intelya account.
• To process your song generation requests and deliver results.
• To manage your subscription, credit balance, and billing.
• To send you essential service communications (e.g. password resets, billing notifications).
• To improve the app, fix bugs, and develop new features.
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse of the service.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your lyrics to train AI models without explicit consent.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate Intelya:

• RevenueCat: Subscription management. RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
• Apple / Google: Payment processing and app distribution.
• Cloud hosting providers: Servers that run our backend (processed in India and/or EU-compliant regions).

We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of users or the public.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes (typically up to 7 years for financial records under Indian law).

Generated songs are stored on our servers for 90 days from creation. After that, they are permanently deleted unless you have downloaded them.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and personal data.
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time.

7. Children's Privacy

Intelya is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at privacy@intelya.app and we will delete it promptly.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, hashed passwords (bcrypt), and access controls on our servers. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Third-Party Links

The Intelya app and website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before submitting any personal data.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the app or sending an email. Your continued use of Intelya after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
