Refund Policy

Intelya subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store and Google Play. Refund eligibility and processing is primarily governed by Apple's and Google's own refund policies. This page explains what Intelya can and cannot do regarding refunds.

1. Subscription Refunds via App Stores

Because all payments are processed by Apple or Google, Intelya does not have access to your payment details and cannot issue refunds directly. Refund requests for subscription charges must be submitted through the platform you purchased from:

Apple App Store

  • Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Sign in with your Apple ID
  • Find the Intelya charge and select "Request a Refund"
  • Apple typically processes refund requests within 48 hours

Google Play

  • Go to Google Play subscriptions
  • Find Intelya and tap "Request a Refund"
  • Or contact Google Play support directly
  • Google typically processes requests within 3–5 business days

2. Intelya's Refund Policy

While refunds are ultimately decided by Apple or Google, Intelya supports refund requests in the following situations:

We support refunds if:

  • You were charged twice for the same subscription period (billing error).
  • You were charged after cancelling your subscription.
  • Technical issues on our end prevented you from using the service for a significant portion of your billing period (we will investigate these on a case-by-case basis).
  • You are a new subscriber requesting a refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription charge, having not used more than 10 credits.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Dissatisfaction with the quality of AI-generated songs (AI output is subjective and we offer free credits to try the service before subscribing).
  • Forgetting to cancel before a renewal date.
  • Credits already consumed through song generation.
  • Partial months — we do not pro-rate refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations.

3. How to Request a Refund from Intelya

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the criteria above, please contact us at support@intelya.app with:

  • Your account email address
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • Your reason for requesting a refund
  • Your Order ID from Apple or Google (found in your email receipt)

We will review your request within 3 business days and, if eligible, we will support your refund request with the respective app store. Note that the final refund decision rests with Apple or Google.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your Intelya subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access to your plan until then. Cancellation is done through:

  • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Intelya → Cancel Subscription
  • Android: Google Play app → Menu → Subscriptions → Intelya → Cancel Subscription

After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free tier and any unused paid credits are forfeited.
